Today, i visted for lunch and opted for a chicken and Mayo roll combo, the food was already made. The roll was sitting in the hot box already bagged up. Got home which is literally around the corner, started eating the chips. They tasted like they had been sitting there for hours so i gave them to my dog. the last straw for me was getting half way through my chicken roll to find a cockroach inside. Straight back up there to let them know. The girl that served me was lovely and offered me a refund and apologised.
The customer service is great but the food quality is shocking.April 20, 2017
